Everything about coverage, delivery times, travel, payment, rescheduling, and usage.

General

  • Approach: natural light first, minimal gear, gentle direction, no studio backdrops on location.
  • Delivery time: 2–3 weeks (business days). Rush: +€60 (≈117 BGN) for delivery within 5 business days (if available).
  • Deliverables: All good photos, carefully culled and color-graded. Final count is flexible; I may include extra images at my discretion.

Coverage & Time

  • Coverage is continuous from the agreed start time.
  • Extra time: +€50/hour (≈98 BGN) (home sessions) · +€70/hour (≈137 BGN) (events), unless otherwise stated in the service.
  • Overtime is billed in full hours.

Baptism / Christening — Add-on: Reception

Base coverage: €155 (≈303 BGN) / 90 min — church ceremony + family portraits on location.

  • Reception, first hour: +€100 (≈196 BGN) — arrival & welcome, toasts, group photos by tables/family lines, details (decor, cake, gifts), candid moments.
  • Reception, each additional hour: +€50 (≈98 BGN).
  • Timing starts on arrival at the venue (after church). Applies in the same municipality/city.

Travel & Locations

  • Within the same municipality/city — included.
  • Outside — per Travel policy (per-km or flat zones; long-distance may include travel time/lodging).

Payment & Booking

  • Retainer: 30% to secure the date; balance due before the session (bank transfer / Revolut / cash).
  • Final gallery is released once the balance is paid in full.
  • Seasonal minis: full payment upfront to confirm slot.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Rescheduling: one free change with ≥7 days’ notice (subject to availability). Less than 7 days: retainer may be applied to a new date at my discretion.
  • Cancellation: retainer is non-refundable. If I must cancel, you receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
  • Illness/weather: for outdoor/home sessions we’ll choose a new date or adjust timing/indoor spots.

Editing, Retouch & Files

  • Color grading & basic cleanup on all delivered images.
  • Gentle retouch on selected images (skin, small distractions) while keeping a natural look.
  • Files for web & print via private gallery (download link).

Usage & Privacy

  • Personal usage license for the client (sharing/printing). No resale/commercial use without written permission.
  • Model/data privacy is respected. You can request no-share (opt-out from my portfolio) before delivery.
